New River Pilates offers a fresh and innovative workout specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely. Classes and session are  based on the fundamental principles of Pilates, but also emphasizes strength training and cardio endurance to achieve muscle definition and peak physical fitness.

New River Pilates offers one-on-one sessions, high fitness training, balance work, lifestyle change classes, outdoor bootcamps, wundu chair  sessions, stretching classes, foam roller trigger release, post-rehab back, knees, shoulders, ankles, and neck injuries.

Each session is well-rounded for a complete whole mind and body workout to improve flexibility, muscular endurance, cardio-respiratory endurance, and spine alignment.
