Instead of thinking about what you want to accomplish in 2013. Lookback at what you accomplished in 2012. Try not to look at the negative things but realize that the road you took is the road your on, however you have the choice to take a right turn, left turn, go over or under the bridge, keep going forward, or turn around. Realize if you choose to turn around you might notice that you can not go back to where you were.
Small goals will add up to big goals. Start small with your fitness and wellness goals. Pick a few goals for the month of January and set a big goal for 6 months down the road. Realize that your goals can change and go with the flow of this wild and crazy ride.
