Yes, it is December 2014. We have only one more month before January 1st, 2015. The year has flown by. It was only 1 year ago exactly that I moved to McCall, Idaho. Can I officially call myself an Idahonian? Okay, instead of looking at the past or the present…
I challenge you for the next month to not look back or look forward but to be completely in the present. The NOW. I’m going to challenge myself too. I think we tend to look at December as the end of a another year and the beginning of a new year with new resolutions. How about instead of setting new resolutions for 2015 we take the month of December and just live for the present day, hour, minute, and second?
I got the inspiration for this present thinking, from my Mom. For those that do not know, my mom was diagnosed with a Cancerous tumor last month. I realized that life is so precious. We don’t know the future, we can not change the past but we can live the moment to our full potential. So take this moment, to stop and listen to your mind, your body, your spirit. Go out and enjoy not just the adventures but each experience. Each moment is an adventure.
