Paws for Pilates on Feb. 8th

Pilates for the Paws 

McCall Pilates will be offering a fundraiser event all day on Friday the 8th. for McPaws, the local animal shelter. Don’t miss out on the fun event! We will be offering classes from 8:15-4:00, Intro to Pilates, Oov Classes, Pilates for Paddlers, Advanced Demonstrations, Pilates for Neurological conditions and much more. See schedule below.

Open House at 4:30-6:30, Wine and appetizers will be served upon donation. Silent Auction throughout the week and will end at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 8th. Please contact  if you would like to sign up for a class that is listed below.

When you attend a class you can donate either a McPaws needed item or check/cash made out to McPaws. All class fees will go directly to McPaws. Most classes will be around $10 -$20 . Check out the schedule below. Please email asap to reserve a space. Please tell your friends, coworkers and family about the classes and event.

8:15- Oov Balance and Core Class with Lisa Marie (Intermediate Class)

8:45-Oov Contest (Who can balance on the Oov the longest? Strongest Core)

9:00-9:45 Advanced Pilates Demos on the Reformer, What is the Reformer? 
and Chair Pike Contest.

10:00-10:45 Intro to the Pilates Chair and Pilates posture with Deb (Intro Class)

11:00-11:45 Pilates @ the Barre with Jean (Open to all levels and beginners)

12:00-12:30 What is the Oov? How the Oov can improve your core strength safely. (Deomonstrations and check out the Oov)

12:30-1:15 ” Pawlates” Tower of Power, feel the power of the pilates springs with Lisa Marie. She will use Cat and Dog cues! (Open to all levels and beginners)

1:30-2:00- Pilates for Neurological conditions with Lisa Marie 

2:00-2:45 Fundamental Mat Pilates Class with Susan (Intro to Pilates Class)

2:45-3:30 Trapeze 360 Yoga with Gwen (Open to All Levels)

3:30- 4:00 Pilates for Paddlers ( Do you kayak, SUP, Canoe, or raft? This would be a great class for you) with Lisa Marie and Devon Barker-Hicks

4:30 -6:30 p.m. Friday at the studio

OPEN HOUSE AND Pawlates PARTY-Drinks and Appetizers
