McCall Pilates Studio offers teacher training with an emphasis on one-on-one education or small group training. This education provides an exceptional Pilates training and CEU credits for ACE, AFAA, and NASM. Enrolling in the Balanced Body teacher training with Lisa Marie gives you more than just lectures: it gives you mentorship! You will have access to our studio located in the beautiful forests of McCall, Idaho and will get to observe our certified Pilates staff in action as they teach groups and private sessions. Lisa also offers an apprenticeship program if you decided to become comprehensively certified, helping you to complete all of your observation and teaching hours required to pass certification.

Teaching Pilates is more than memorizing exercise orders and choreography. The experience in McCall allows you to see how programs are individualized for clients, how all the apparatus are used to create well-rounded Pilates sessions and classes, and how to cue clients to give them a deeper, true experience of the Pilates method. Lisa combines the traditional repertoire with contemporary exercises based on the latest advances in movement science in this Balanced Body Pilates Education program. The curriculum meets national guidelines and is approved by the Pilates Method Alliance and American Council of Exercise.

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that we are offering a group training at the beginning of 2020. Lisa Marie believes that small groups are best for this training as they can work together and get more time teaching each other and feeling the work. If you want to become a teacher, continue your education, or simply deepen your own private practice, don’t miss this educational opportunity!
