Lisa Marie, Pilates Instructor and Wellness coach, is teaming up with Barker River Trips for a fun filled Wellness River Retreat. By combining the beauty of the river and the movement of Pilates this retreat will offer not just an adventure but an awareness of how the river moves similar to our own. Lisa Marie has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and also offers a stretch/exercise repertoire called Pilates for Paddlers.

Fine tune your paddling skills and bombproof your roll with World Champion Kayaker & ACA Certified Instructor, Devon Barker. Raft riders are welcome too!

Bring your friend or partner on this fun filled Wellness River Retreat provided by Pilates Instructor, Lisa Marie and Barker River Trips. By combining the beauty of the river and the movement of Pilates this retreat will offer not just an adventure but an awareness of how the river moves similar to our movements. Lisa Marie has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and also offers a stretch/exercise repertoire called Pilates for Paddlers.

Join World Champion Kayaker & ACA Certified Instructor, Devon Barker for paddling instruction. Refine your paddling technique, river surfing skills and bombproof your roll. As always raft riders are welcome too.

Join SWA for an awesome week of world class kayaking and pilates instruction. Lisa Marie, Pilates Instructor and Wellness coach, and Devon Barker-Hicks, ACA certified kayak instructor, are teaming up with Small World Adventures (SWA) to offer a fun filled Wellness River Retreat in Ecuador. By combining the beauty of the river and the movement of Pilates this retreat will offer not just an adventure but an awareness of how the river moves similarly to our movements. Lisa Marie has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and also offers a stretch/exercise repertoire called Pilates for Paddlers. Devon will incorporate the Pilates movements into daily paddling. There will also be time to work on your paddling goals. Each morning will begin with a Pilates session before we go play on the water. Our time on the water will be a great opportunity to enjoy Ecuador rivers,  work on your specific goals, and strengthening your paddling. Devon is excited to return for her third trip to Ecuador and her second trip with SWA! Join us in Ecuador for a fun filled adventure with Lisa and Devon’s Pilates for Paddlers week with Small World Adventures.
